In addition to being a successful, published, author, Barbara Jenkinson has served in Christian leadership and ministry for over 30 years. Barbara’s heart is to see people walk a lifestyle of love, freedom and friendship with the Living God.

In 2007, she co-founded Light and Life International, an outreach organisation with thousands of volunteers, who have been trained, equipped and released to share the life-giving message of the gospel through love, signs, wonders and miracles.

In 2010, together with her husband, Colin, Barbara pioneered River Church – a thriving community of believers, located on the West Coast of Scotland.

Barbara lives in Ayrshire with her husband and two teenage children.

Barbara’s books are written in an engaging, and often humorous, style and are full of real life stories, keys and practical steps to help people walk in greater levels of freedom and joy. They also contain keys to help people encounter the Living God and develop deeper levels of friendship with Him.
